Hi, I'm Kristy Skinner. I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2003 and a real estate agent since 2007, helping people look and feel their best while also helping them find the perfect place to call home. Since 2023, I've also enjoyed serving as a high school secretary, where I have the opportunity to support students, staff, and my community every day.

I'm happily married, a proud mom of two boys, and a dog mom to two wonderful pups. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying the outdoors or decorating and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. I believe in hard work, building meaningful relationships, and finding joy in the little things—whether it's helping someone achieve their goals or turning a house into a place that truly feels like home.
